I received another call; as usual they left No Message I'm tired of looking up numbers and blocking them! I wish they would get these Idiots!

I get several calls from this number four or five times every day. I have voicemail and my answering machine on and the caller never leaves either. Two people stole my identity back in 2011. And one of them used my SSN to file a federal income tax return in 2011 and one person used my SSN to file a federal income tax return for 2012. These people have ruined my life and the IRS have only arrested one. So I do not answer a phone call unless I recognize the number.

I get calls from this number all the time. If you don't leave a message I will not answer the call. Go Away and quit calling!!

I received a call from this number which I *answered*.   The call then dropped.   I called back.  It answered and dropped again.   I called back a second time, and their auto-dialer finally connected me to someone from the National Pain Center who said I had been identified as someone in pain (?).    I said No.  He asked if I had filled out a survey about headaches or scars I wanted treated, and again I said no.   He ended the call.

Quit calling me!

Continuous calls from 269-288-1354 and they NEVER leave a message. Caller ID shows "Battle Creek, MI". Since I don't know them or the number I don't answer.

I just received a call from them they asked if I was in pain I said no and they hung up and from 616 818 7709

No, we have to stop following the poor example set by Jeannette and copied by Juliet, Kim, and Ryan. Your scamming callers do not maintain this site or this web page. No callers can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Criminals who mass-dial and violate the Telemarketing Sales Rule have no plans to stop calling you no matter what you say and regardless of your DNC registrations. They need first to be sued or jailed.

Not having heard this one, I'd guess the call tries to simulate a survey or otherwise tricks you into thinking you gave permission to "receive information", which is to say listen to some schmuck read off a sales script. If so and the caller can be found, call recipients should think about warming up their own TCPA lawsuits.

Jeannette and Juliet thought they could contact their callers straight through this comment page which the callers do not control, and that they would magically know which phone numbers to avoid. Don't be silly like them. These forums are for call recipients to share their experience and optionally offer advice. They are *NOT* direct open channels to the phone bank boiler rooms we comment upon. The magic phrase you want for salesmen is ''Place my number *on* your Do Not Call list''.
