Called and left no message this morning.

Same thing happened to me. Called and left no message. I'm sure it's a telemarketer.

I called the number back and got a recorded message that stated "this number has not been assigned yet"

Got this call on my phone, said Fulton, KY. I answered it and got an automated message (which sounded real, except he stated in the message it was automated) that it was the Fulton County Police Department and it was that time of the year for the Policeman Ball (really?) and they were calling everyone in the community (which I'm not apart of or live near) to help by donating or purchasing tickets and how much would I like to give or how many tickets. I just said no. At which point the automation said "Hello" 3 times and then I hung up.

Caller ID showed that it was from Fulton, KY. Left no voice message

Claimed he was with the disabled and paralyzed police association. Soliciting donations.
