Received call at 12:08 a recording said thankyou,  you will be removed from our call list immediately.  WTF!

Same as Steviemix ... 7AM EST they called, a loud "beep" on the line, then "You will be removed from our call list immediately.  I assume they're fishing for valid phone numbers.

Received call at 3 MA EST - loud beep then at your request you will be removed from our call list.

3 AM EST Call, Ditto, Stevemix Comment,

This number called our house at 1:32 AM Eastern time, waking up the whole family. We let our answering machine pick up, and a recorded voice left the message "Your request to be removed from our call list will be fulfilled immediately." We'll see if that happens...

Call came at 6:13 am, answering machine picked up, and the message said like the callers above, "Your request to be removed from our call list will be fulfilled immediately". I don't know why these phone criminals can't be stopped.

Because our "lackeys" in Washington DC are probably part of it.  They're afraid of stepping on toes.

just received a call while at work saying, your number will be removed from our call list imediatly.
