stating they were the IRS and they are going to arrest me for fraud with the with the IRS, and also the IRS is filling a court petition

I got a scam voicemail stating the automated message was from the IRS & that they were filing a petition against me. For more information call this number....blah blah blah

Stated they were IRS and they were filing a LAWSUIT against me....
First of all IRS usually sends letters....
And wrong # for IRS....
And to leave a voice mail about a lawsuit....

A recorded message stating:  This is your final warning! (I have received 3 calls in 2 days) The IRS is filling a lawsuit against you. The phone calls have come from the above number and (910)207 1112.

Yep. My daily/hourly call from the IRS lawsuit scam people. What's hilarious is that the voicemails say "this is the official FINAL notice." LOL! I really wish it was the FINAL notice and these criminals would move on.

Got a voicemail saying to call this number back. Called the number . Rude foreign guy stating that he was an agent with the IRS and that he sent me two notices. and when I asked questions he said he couldn't send me anything else out. and said if you dont care I dont care and hung up on me.

Phone company needs to disconnect this phone

Received phone message yesterday claiming I.R.S is filing a lawsuit against me. Gave me a call back # 281 some foreign guy answered didn't understand him hung up... SCAM ...

Well, I just called these people back.  When they/he/she/it answered, it was for "Cash Advance."  I told them I was recording the call, which I did on my cell phone, and then they told me they were calling about past taxes.  Then the person said that they couldn't understand me, could I please speak in English. I was born in the Panhandle of Texas, am a born and raised American and doggoned proud of it - and speak English more fluently that the person I was speaking with did.  When I wouldn't go for that, then they told me that I was breaking up, they couldn't understand me, but yet they knew exactly when to put that statement in, every time I stopped talking.  Then I threatened they with filing a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Texas (that's where the call "originates" from, like we all believe THAT one, huh?  Then they told me that I need to contact the FBI.  I used that to tell them wasn't it funny that although I wasn't speaking English and I was breaking up that they suggested that I call the FBI instead of the Attorney General's office.  (Truly not a bright person).  Then I asked them why, if they were with Cash Advance that they were worried about past taxes (which I do not owe anyway).  Then he offered me $4,000.  I asked why would I want $4,000.  Then he proceeds to tell me that he'll give me that amount for one night.  My brain honestly did not go to where this person next led me.  Needless to say, I did NOT accept the offer of all that he wanted to do to me (and I certainly will not list all the things here) and I then told him I wasn't remotely interested and that it wouldn't work anyway because my very big, very protective husband would beat the stuffings out of his head if he should even try.  I then asked for the supervisor and was told that he was the manager.  I again asked for his supervisor and was told that person was not there at the moment, and why did I want the supervisor anyway.  So then I said I want to speak with the person sitting directly next to him and he starts backpedaling very quickly, saying, No, no, no, no, no.  I repeat myself and he then screamed NO!!!!  and hung up.  Oh, what fun that was.  Just wait until I play the recording for my husband when he gets home from work tonight.  I'm going to really enjoy that.  Think I'll call them back a little later.  Have another go at the next person dumb enough to answer.

Just got a call from this number. It was a foreigner telling me that I had taken out a loan. He couldn't answer any questions so I finally just told him to take me off their list. I guess this is a new scam...

got a call on cell phone and work phone, computerized voicemail saying my loan application has been approved.  when I called them back and told them to stop calling me or I would report them, they just said "go ahead, you can do what you want to do".

Left message saying my loan was approved

Got a call this morning. didn't answer the call . a short robo voice mail left..i deleted it. and blocked the number on my phone.

Got the same Msg from the IRS Agent Steve Smith threatening that I am about to face serious charges from the IRS. The local police will be notified to arrest me at once. How ridiculous. VERY STUPID people.

Called the number they called me from. MAX answered and said they are cash advance. I replied Not the IRS. No he anwered. FAR OUT I replied and hung up
