Called and answered, consumer card services they call themselves. When I told them I don't have any credit cards they hang up on me. Scam all the way.

The call came thru on my cell phone.  The voice message was about an urgent problem with my credit card and had a prompt for an operator.  The foreign sounding male wanted to assist me with lowering my interest rate.  When I questioned him, I was called many colorful names and he told me to go away and don't call back.  Imagine that, the con artist told me to get lost!!!
