A man with thick middle eastern accent call's almost every day . He say's his name is Mr. Johnson and that my husbands brother has used his SS# and comitted fraud. At first it made us mad because we thought,just maybe his brother had done this. Now we know it is just a scam. I mean really they don't have anything better to do like open a 7-11 or something.   PLEASE

my daddy has been getting these calls for a few days he finally called back and we did this research and thanks to all of you we are getting the police involved the guy who called was officer sean marshall

This guy calls with a middle-eastern accent and says his name is Jordan White (haha yea effin right) so with that I knew what it was. He said the person he was looking for's s.s. # was being investigated and that that person was being sued. A few months ago we were getting calls from a guy with an Indiann or Pakistani accent saying his name was Officer _______ (blank) and someone here owed him a lot of money or he was going to send the police. I called the local police district and they told me to file a complaint with 911 so that's what you have to do. People like this need to be held accountable.

Just received a call today from a "Dan Wright" who left a message saying he was from united investigations and there was some legal action being taken against my social security number and name. First thirty seconds I freaked out. Then came to my senses and thought this might be a scam, so I googled it and thank god you have a forum about these scammers. I will block the numbers but I'm sure they will keep calling back. Indian accent. This needs to be stopped. Phone number 607-595-2045 coming from NY apparently. Please please please continue to find these people.

I got a call from 916-259-2447. All the guy with an accent would say is his name is Gary Foster  and he went in to say I need to get an attorney to call him. I got one of these calls about 2 yrs ago. When I spoke with them and asked them how did they get my info he just started acting ugly and fussing at me so I just hung up. I really wish there was some way to make them stop.

Sean Marshall called me too! With a heavy Indian accent.

It's seams obvious to me these scammers are trained to use certain names because the Idiot that called me today claiming to be a Marshall working for the IRS said his name was Officer Sean Marshall ( I know Right?) And I guess he thought my name was Joe Doughnut. He told me I was being audited from 2008 to 2013 and that I owed the IRS 5180.00$ and It NEEDED to be paid today or a US Marshall would be at my door at 8am sharp tomorrow morning to take me to prison. The phone number that called me was 204-547-5215. I told him to go get bent and later that day my husband tried calling the # back and a recording picked up saying you have reached a non working number?? ¿¿¿¿¿ **PEOPLE BEWARE**
