They called asking to speak to my boss.  They said they had important information about a new law that was passed that would benefit our company.  I asked them what law it was & they would not tell me.  I told them they don't get thru, unless they tell me who they are & what they want.

I told them I was an owner, same thing, they want to send us information about merchant accounts.  At least she was polite, but seriously, not that stupid.  Not giving out email or fax number to one more sales scam.

Very persistent.  I said the owner was out of the office and they inquired when he'd return.  I told them that we don't keep business hours, but they could try the cell but they'd have to leave a message as the owner (me) wouldn't answer any calls he didn't recognize.  They've called 3 times, no message.  Idiots.  Who would ever do business with someone that won't leave a call-back number.

This number is associated with Redstone, a credit card processing company in Houston, Texas.  I receive numerous calls per week from companies like this one that offer to "review"  your processing statements in an attempt to see if they can "save you money".  I do not ever do business with companies that cold-call me....and I tell the salespeople that when they call and then ask them to please not call back again.  Unfortunately businesses are exempt from the DNC list so the sales calls will continue.  I block as many as I can (my phone system has Call Blocker) but some companies have more than one phone number and my system only blocks about 30 phone numbers total. Also, if you can find the time, look up the company on the internet and look for red flags like a lot of consumer complaints before you do business with them.  You can't know how legitimate the company is until you do a little homework.

Hmmm... if this is a telemarketer ~ how does the caller ID come up with her actual name? Mine was Emily Holman and that's what showed on my caller ID. Told her to take us off the call list, but she said she's have to talk to the person in charge of blah, blah, blah...

They get 1 warning; then we start reporting to the FCC as we've done with others who try to keep calling after they've been told.

Tony Paris called our office yesterday asking to speak to whoever handles our Merchant Accounts. I told him the doctor handles that kind of stuff but that he was with a patient and asked if I could take a message. He rudely said, "Well, there's really no message at this point." He then asked if there was a better time he could call. I told him to try back today around 1. **Meanwhile I googled the number and found all the other posts here**....He called today at 4pm asking for the Dr. by name this time. I asked who he was and what the call was about. He repeated his name and said he was calling about the doctor's merchant accounts. I put him on hold while I told the doctor about all the complaints I found yesterday on this site. The doctor asked me to tell him that he is not interested. I did and his reply was "I'm calling about an actual account, what is he not interested in?" I asked him with what company, and he said Redstone. I relayed this to the doctor, so this time he picked up the phone. As soon as he said hello, he expectedly received a pitch "You could be eligible for one of our merchant accounts!" The doctor then told him off for being sneaky and blatantly lying to me to get past me to the doctor....these people are ridiculous....and RUDE!

They called asking for me personally, so I said was somebody else & that I could take a message, they wouldn't leave one, but asked when I, the owner, would be back in. I said the boss keeps different hours & is in & out so it would be best to leave a message & he will call you back, but they refused, saying they would just try to call back later.

I've about had it with these kind of calls!  I @ least have caller ID & if I see its a out of area #, since I mainly deal with locals as a local business, I usually just don't answer these kind of #'s I don't recognize.  But alot of times I'll just p/u the phone & set it on the counter while I go about my usual business, W/I a minute they're usually not on the line anymore, so I hang up & they rarely call back more than once or twice.

We cancelled our Credit Card processing account after being constantly charged by this Company for all types of "Fees" for three years, since then we have been receiving 10 to 15 calls a week from Marketing Companies . Redstone being another "Financial Service Provider" who wants to talk to the Owner or Boss but can not leave a number for the Boss to call back. How can we get rid of these unwanted call.

Received a call asking to speak to the person in charge of merchant accounts, explaining that there was a new update and would I like a comparison of our current monthly merchant payments vs. them. I told the girl we weren't interested, she responded "can I ask why." I explained that we were happy with what we had. She continued to argue with me, saying she didn't understand why I wouldn't want a free comparison. I told her, "NO. Thank you, we aren't interested" After the third time, I told her she was interrupting my day. She tried to argue AGAIN. I said "You know, I've now told you 4 times I'm not interested. I'm not changing my mind. You are bordering on harassment" and hung up. I get she was trying to do her job, but have a little dignity and accept the "no"

They called us a year ago, in May 2014. Then again today. They asked for owner by first name, "is he or she there?" OBVIOUSLY they don't know who HE is. We said we weren't interested and hung up. She immediately called back - TWICE!! They've got nerve, that's for sure. BLOCKED this EXCEEDINGLY PUSHY B*TCH.

From my Google travels I've found various comments, one here on 800notes (https://800notes.com/nb/search.aspx?q=redstone) says the infamous "Elizabeth Moore" calls from 719-350-6504 might be Redstone, and that it might also be 29Prime - the worst of the worst!

Persistent caller, regarding the merchant account. Only wants to speak to "the person who handles...yada yada" and I keep telling them I'll take a message but they won't leave any details. It's a constant annoyance, in general, from people who have decided to make this their job. Get a life!
