I just received a call from this number I didn't know who it was because it said "Katy, TX" and I happen to live close to there. So I answered it and it was some recording telling me to press 0 because they have a file on me and are going to sue me and I need to speak to someone before they talk to their "client". No company name, no nothing. Sounded very suspicious and I hung up. THANK YOU to all of you who have reviewed this fraudulent/scamming company. I have blocked their number.

Received a call looking for my Daughter, real threatening, says it's a debt matter turned over to Howston Financial Collections Agency - clearly a bull [***] call to try and extort money.  I hope they rot in hell. Meantime I sent the info to the FBI and the Attorney Generals office.

They called and I thought it was a number of someone I knew so I called back. The lady, who spoke unclearly, said she was collecting a debt from a payday loan I had taken out in 2014 and deposited into a TD bank account. Never had a payday loan or an account at that bank. I asked her to email me the information so I could file it with police fraud department...................still waiting on that email.

A man calling himself Benjamin Davenport with PRS & Associates called me from 281 394-1542 saying I owed a debt from a company called Bayside.  I told him he was a scammer and he eventually hung up on me.

Scam call please report them  they are trying to scare people into paying money to a scam they will say stuff the cops will come there all lies they spoof there numbers. They even steal information on many people the best thing is always to report this scam

please stop calling me telling me I was approved for a loan

Called twice over two days.  Called back, and lady called me by name.  Said she had  a document for me and wanted my SS# to verify my identity.  When I inquired into the sort of document, she replied that federal law prevented her from discussing that.  She then asked for the last four of my SS# again.  I told her that she had the wrong person and have a nice day.

Received a call at 8:00 p.m., answered it, they hung up. I called back and a woman answered. Asked me if I received a call and I asked her why she hung up. She said it was an automated call. Then she asked for someone I did not know, told her so and also told her to not call my number again and not to hang up on people. Then, I hung up on her!
