They called and when I picked up and said hello they hung up and no one was there

Called but didn't leave voicemail.

Hung up after I said "hello" -- I blocked this number from my phone.

Called no meesage, hung up after hello

Received call. No message Left.

When I answered and said hello, they hung up.

Received call. No message Left.
Called it back and got a recorded message.

Received call.  No message left.

Called twice in one day but left no message:  afternoon and LATE evening

Called early afternoon, I immediately picked up but call lasted 00:00:00.

Called and as soon as I said hello they hung up

Same as others- answered and they hung up. Mid-day.

Received call. No message. Called back and got recording saying it was the U.S. Prescription Card Department.

Got a call on my cell phone early last evening (about 7PM EST)  but no message was left; called back from a land line mid-afternoon (2PM EST) and got "the number you have called is not in service" recording.  Blocked the number from my cell phone, just in case.

called this morning at 11 am but didn't leave message.  i didn't call them back.

got a call from this # at 12:15 am!! no message.

I called this number and it is a way to get a "free" prescription card for income under $65,000 and not on Medicaid.  Scam written all over it.
