I was told that I have a right to an attorney and that a aggravated complaint was put against me and that they will call me back with further details and that this was an emergency call to take actions to serve me

TonyaI received the same call didn't answer but William Moore left a message saying the same thing.  I know I haven't committed a fraud so they will just have to do whatever they say their going to do.

I got the same phone call. They said it was about a payday loan from 2009.

Called stating I was a person of interest in a fraud case. Stated I had taken out a payday loan I had never taken. I hung up on him on blocked the number. These guys will have a small amount of information and try to trick you into giving more information. They often threaten legal retribution and when that does not work to force you to give move or info they become aggressive.

They called a neighbor looking for me telling her that it was of the utmost importance that I return her call. My neighbor is elderly. Now she's all worried about my welfare.
