281-397-5165

A name of Rachel Summers is calling from 281-397-5165 claiming to be from the FRAUD DIVERSION UNIT.  She offer no other information but says an "aggravated complaint" is set to be invoked and she wants to know if you want an attorney present when you are served.  This woman sounds very convincing but don't believe her.  When you call her back she even has a voicemail with her name on it and request that you leave a case number and detailed message.. The FBI should be looking into this woman.

I want this number to be reported immediately.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.  Tell 'em  no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.

You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking).   the only thing they understand.

exact same lady called 2/18/2016 with the exact same info as above. Mrs. Summers claimed to be with the fraud division but when my husband called her back to ask what it was concerning they kept asking who he was.  Oh yeah, they answered the phone as the Fraud Unit but wouldn't say who they were affliated with.

I also have been receiving calls from this number. They call my job, my cell phone, my husband and my family members.They will call one month then call back two to three months later. This has been going on for about 3  years now since I filed for bankruptcy. It is very stressful, and embarrassing to have family members calling you about these calls. I definitely want to put an end to this.

Fraud diversion unit. Urgent matter. A non response waives rights....
