I received a call from this number along with many of my relatives numerous times and this woman has left many messages on relatives voice mails and even spoke to them also.  This is the message that is left.
This message is intended for " name" this is Betty Lawson with the processing adjudication.  I am call to make you aware of an ongoing pending situation I have here in the office with your name and social attached.  it is an agravated complaint being involved again she is out of_____ County there in (state).  I would contact my office as soon as you can. I can be reached at 281-397-5166 again my direct office number is 281-397-5166.  Refer to the case number  ------- - --------- for "state" and there is a time sensistive matter so contact the office as soon as you can.  If we do not hear from you a warranty will issued for your arrest.

Also this woman has left many message at relatives and friends stating that this is a legal matter and when speaking with them telling them that there is a warrant for my arrest and insisting giving information out.  I had a background check throughtout the Country and I am clean.   I also will be turning this number in to the FTC.  This woman has threatened so many that I know stating that their is a warrant for my arrest.    Everywhere I read about this number it states that it is a scam. I was also told by someone who got a call from this Betty Lawson that they do not have your social security number or your address and ask for it as soon as you speak with them. After speaking to a detective I assure you the next time this number calls, I will be answering and I will be contacting an attorney.

I've been getting the same calls. She claims that I owe Aarones $3,000 for a computer that I supposedly stole. I never did. She said they had me on video surveillance walking out with the computer and never paying for it. So for $200 a month would keep me out of jail. I'm pretty sure this is a scam.

You should go down to the police department and bring a copy of this thread with you.  This is an extortion attempt pure and simple.  If you had stolen a computer, the police would have contacted you, not some scammery-scummery extortionists.  THis is just an attempt by some debt collector to scare some money out of of you.  Don't fall for it.

Betty Lawson called from this number stating that I owed money to a rent to own company for a computer laptop that I signed for but never paid for and that if I didn't pay a certain amount of money, there would be a warrant out for my arrest. I never rented a computer from the company. I suggest that if anyone who gets a call from this number be very cautious of the information that you give. They will call family members as well as friends to try and get you to call them back and send money. All with threats of being arrested.

Received test message to maria offering to extend services and wants to make an offer on my house at 927 ohio street.

Number showed Houston Texas...I don't know anyone in Houston Texas so I was suspicious already but decided to entertain them.  A clear English speaking man asked for me by name.  When I asked who was calling, he said "I'm calling on behalf of National Rail Safety"
I hung up.  Number blocked
