- Dallas organizationBob from "Enhanced Payment Systems" asked to speak with the owner about our merchant services account. We are a corporation - no owner. I asked what it was regarding and he said that his privacy policy stated that he couldn't talk to anyone but the owner. I again said that there was no owner but there were two staff members that might could help him but I needed to know the nature of the call so I could direct him accurately. Big surprise, he can't tell me because I'm not the owner.

- SCall came in saying it was from Houston, TX. Caller said her name was Sierra, asked for xyz. Which one, I asked. She provided our CEOs full name and then said she could speak to our CFO, for whom she gave a wrong last name. Got angry when I pressed for more information. Are they available or not, she snapped. Told her they would ask me for a company name and reason for the call. She told me the name of the company was CPS. What does that stand for, I asked. Consumer Payment Systems. When I asked her the bank name, she got really mad, stating she needed to speak to them and she would call back later. CFO has never heard of them. Can't find any information online about CPS - Consumer Payments Systems at all.
