    Just called my cell.  Left no message.  Figured it was another BS scam and did not answer.  Just ignore calls from numbers you do not recognize and hope they will stop!  I just feel sorry for people who are driving and waiting for real important calls and have to put up with this nonsense.  Off with their heads!!!

    First time getting a call from this number, I believe. I answered after almost ten seconds, waiting a few seconds to see if I could hear anything on the other end (dead air), and then said, "Hello?" They hung up immediately, but there was no background noise associated with hanging up, so it was probably computerized.
