Market research? automatic survey asking about the 2020 election.  I am going to classify it as scam or suspicious at this time since the call back number goes straight to an answering machine and doesn’t tell you who they are.

Call many times daily!  Have no idea who they are.

Stupid keep calling no matter what time its harassing

This number calls 3 times a day. My phone rings 4 times and they hang up. I wish they would STOP calling.

Have you considered blocking the phone number?

I'm not sure where people get the idea that "scammers criminals had my previous post pulled by the moderator" but you can believe whatever you like.  It was probably pulled because it contained a political opinion or because you kept posting "I gots a call" like you just did now without and new information.

The number 281-501-7768 has phoned my landline on 09-12-20 at 1355 hrs., 1600 hrs., and 1959 hrs., on 09-13-20 at 1414 hrs., 1642 hrs., and 1955 hrs., on 09-14-20 at 1358 hrs., 1532 hrs., 1754 hrs., and 2008 hrs., on 09-15-20 at 0940 hrs. and 1155 hrs. The recordings they have left have been digital, when they don't decide to just phone/hang up. They entail inquiring of individuals as to whether they plan on the upcoming election in November, etc., etc. When I dialed them back, blocked, it gives a prompt in English/Spanish, and goes to voicemail. Investigations show it as High Risk/Scam/Robocaller. Its carrier service is Comcast Phone Of Texas, Llc - Tx VoIP.

This number calls at least six times a day every day.

Went out of town for a few days and I see that whoever the bozos are that use this number have called 12 times.
