called on 10/25/2016 and I answered.  It was a robot call telling me that I had won a free cruise.  I hung up and blocked the number.

Called 3 times yesterday within 2 hours, once today...no messages. Blocked.

I answered a call from this number, only to hear a couple seconds of silence and they hung up.
