This is a scam where they threaten a wage garnishment. This is completely not legit. The commenter "Mike" above most likely works for these scum.

called the number and a lady answered and asked what my phone number was, when i gave it to her she said she couldnt find the number in the system , but they called me and a guy name sam capitano saying i have charges against me and left a case#. now why would they leave a case# on a answering machine for anybody to have. they didnt know if it was me or not, plus they called from a unknown number several times in a row before leaving a message. the number i called and got the lady on said she was in new york but the area code is houston and the top says so. im going to call them again tomorrow and will post again about what they say

Ive gotten a call twice from this number saying some sort of form will be filed with the HR department of my employment, the first time i ignored it and the second time I called back and left a message.  This is a Texas number, i havent lived in Texas in over 10 yrs and have been a stay at home mom for the last 3 1/2. I can only assume its a scam since clearly the message states theyre filing this form with an HR department, and I dont work!

Update: this is a debt collection company that pretends to be a legal moderator for what ever county you live in. The funniest thing about it is that this guy calls me from the same  number and changes his voice and says he is different people but his New York accent is hard to disguise lol they have been threating to turn in the paper work to the county by 5pm for over a month now. They just try to scare u into paying they are just a collector that thinks they are slick they had me going for a minute. But they screwed up. Amateurs! Sometimes he has a girl call u all same people running a business from one of their living rooms lol
