Called and said I was getting served with papers u told them I alreade went through bankruptcy and everything was taken care off they put me on hold and came back saying everything is OK now. Didn't say the name of the company or anything they're a scam I'm sure. I get calls like this from time to time!

I have dealt with a similar situation with past numbers. It seems these debt telemaggoters are known for calling outdated numbers which was my case. They continued to call even after I informed them that they had the wrong number.
In some cases people will use any number when signing up for loans and etc. The end result is innocent people end up getting calls. I do believe notMichael has experience with receiving calls for a person he never heard of.

I hope you have better luck than I did. Had I known then what I know now, I would have taken a different approach.
