I was called again today.  Since I did not recognize the voice of the agent and was not felling as vicious at that moment, I again asked to be removed from the calling list.  The person again hung up on me.  I regret not being rude.

In recent history, I have sent a message to the FTC.  They replied saying that they do not investigate individual claims, but will query database claims for patterns.  Typical lack of law enforcement from our defunct government.  Anyway, lets all play the game so it can work... everyone who comes here pissed off should file an FTC complaint... they will have a pattern in their database to identify.

I also recently sent Google a message of trademark violation.  The page I used was asking for a URL... so I might not have used the correct process... but it took the phone number.  If anyone knows of a better process, please post a link.  I am sure Google lawyers would have time and money to deny scammers rights to use their name.

I really do not have time to play games with these people... but I am so ready to force them to waste their attorney feels on whatever civil nonsense I can bring against them... they should not be able to profit on this harassment.
