Yes... I got a text from that number 281-940-4842 after i posted an ad on Craigslist for some furnitures. He made a payment to my Paypall.......BUT hold it until i send him $650 for hauler. Watch out!!!!!!

i got a text from this number asking if my furniture is still available. i told him it is,
then he asked a couple of general questions, i asked for a name , it took him a few minutes to respond, when he did
he texted  "my name is Patrick Wills and do you have a paypal account?"
I told him no, cash only.
havent heard back yet.

this scumbag just tried the same scam with me. $650 for the hauler, and so forth.

I wish I could place an ad without these scammers runnin up my text charges with their BS!! Lets Pray for A Better World - idiots

As soon as I posted my car for sale, he texted wanting to know if I had a paypal account.  Get a job!

Got a general text about the boat I have for sale with a copy/paste of my title asking if I still have it less than 5 minutes after posting.

 I posted a Ad on craigslist and received a call from this number 2 minutes later asking for a paypal account and stated he was ready to pick up. i became suspicious . He texted only and  never called and said kindly get back to me with the account email. He texted his name is Patrick Wills. i did not respond with it and decided to look further into this. Im glad i did.  Its a scam .

I had the same thing happen. I posted my table on Craigslist and they wanted to send a hauler to my house. When I told them no, they kept sending the same text!!

He texted me this morning about an ad I had posted on Craigslist. He said his name was Luis White and he'd send a hauler and payment for the item. Said he was in the military and couldn't come ad pick item up. He wanted our PayPay email...SCAM!!

i just got a text from this number and i had just placed the ad about 15 minutes ago.  Unbelievable.  Very pushy about my setting up a paypal account.

Same deal. Texted me re an item for sale on CL. Asked about condition. Asked for all my Paypal info. Instead I invoiced him anonymously. He got irate - said he uses his OWN shipper that I had to pay up front for. His email is alexsan350@gmail. This is his cell number. He has been reported to the NYC Cybercrimes Division. I believe he is wetting his pants presently and crying like a baby.
