"Rebecca", who claims to be a Houston-based investor, left this number as a text/callback, saying she wanted to purchase "my" property. She claims that her company is A+ rated with the BBB and has 65 Google reviews. VM came from 512-980-9151.

I do not believe her claims as I cannot find any record of this company or this person.

Hey, this is Rebecca.  I am a local investor here in Houston, and I just wanted to reach out because we are interested in purchasing your property, um, just to give you a little bit of background.  We have help I deal with any agents or pay any commissions.  Um, we do buy houses um, as is, and we can close in as little as 3 days or if you have a time, if you have a timeline in mind that you need to follow, we can definitely work around that as well.  Uh, we are a local family business uh, within A plus Better Business Bureau rating.  We do have over 65 Google reviews, which are welcome to hop on and read.  Um and we do believe basically being upfront is most important and transparent from the start.  So if you'd like to discuss your options, um, I would love to talk with you.  Please call or text me anytime 281-994-9536. Again, it's 281-994-9536.  Looking forward to talking with you and have a wonderful day.
