Another fake number of the intrepid collectors of zombie debt. These guys have more numbers than the calendar has days in a year

CBV is a collector of dodgy debt they buy for less than a penny on the dollar and hope to trick you into paying them. All debt is statute barred which means they cannot take you to court as its outside the limiations period unless you ackowledge it. In fact lots of debts are 20 or more years old. They also appear to random generate debts for telecom providers for bills 10-20 years old. Of course no one has the record to prove its paid after 20 years

They either don't aay anything when they call or become abusive when I inform them they have the wrong person, so I have taken to calling them back repeatedly and being abusive right back. (I am bored, Ok? And have unlimited calling.) What are they gonna do... Call the cops because I harassed them back? Puh-leeeze.

Repeated silent calls

Answered live as I'm expecting a call. Said "hello" Caller said nothing but had some heaving breathing like the person calling was pleasuring themselves, then they hung up without anyone saying anything further. A pervert IMO.
