Left voicemail about buying new furnace. Blocked from now on.

Gosh these a**holes are pests.  I have blocked 4 of their numbers but they keep calling.  Called them back -- left message to please take us
off of their calling list.  Let's see what happens.

Wanted to clean my furnace or fireplace and since I have neither, their call was a fishing expedition looking for clients, not phishing.

same old duct cleaning scam. BLOCKED!

Robocall, offering "Complete household duct cleaning for $59.95."  Never have sought duct cleaning from any firm in Indian Head, MD, and never having done any business with this firm, I judged this an illegal call since we are on the "Do Not Call List."  So, I registered a complaint with the FCC (www.FCC.gov) citing an unsolicited marketing Robocall, allowing the FCC to add this to their list of complaints and, hopefully, a fine for the calling party.

Caller is blocked and they still call

Repeated calls from this number, offering duct cleaning.  We never have done business with any firm in Indian Head, MD.  Reported to FCC today.

We have also received calls from both numbers, for which we totally ignore. When one number does not work, they utilize other numbers in their arsenal. but it still says Gambrills Maryland.

First of all the calls are coming to our dedicated fax machine, which has been a fax machine number for over 10 years. Secondly, our Philosophy is that when a number call in that we do not recognize, if we have not had any dealings with anyone at that number, we ignore and we block that number.

Finally, if one knows that you have not entered into any sweepstakes, contests, or business dealings, relatives, family members, co-workers, banking, credit card companies, the rule of thumb is not to answer or communicate. When one communicates or answers that phone, that confirms that you phone number is a valid phone number to them and the calls will continually come. If you let it go to your answering system, that eliminates your directly picking up the phone. In the event of the answering system, when you have a generic message on it rather than a personalized one with your name, that protects you from the scammer confirming that they have the person they want to scam. Never tell them to stop calling as they will only pass your number on to their cohorts so that they can begin a new scam.

When it comes to email scams as well, don't select the option of do not email me again, as this too allows the scammers to pass your email address on to their cohorts as well, and with your email address circulating in the universe, the email scams and annoyance will be never-ending.

WOW!! 45 calls in 2 days. Thank goodness for call blocker. :)

These folks are persistent [***]. They call us continually, multiple times an hour.

Man I wish the FCC would do something about them. We filed another complaint against them today.

Same experience as "PO'd in Maryland."  Offered a duct cleaning service for $59.95.  Robocall.  A scam to obtain access to your house.

Comes up as a non-working number

Received a call on my work cell phone.  Did not answer, no voicemail left.  Grrr.
