Multiple calls with no caller id and do not leave a voice message.  Most likely a telemarketer or scammer of some sort using a spoofed number.

Multiple calls from this 301-245-0433 to work cell phone. I called it back. A woman said hello and hung up. I’ve blocked it.

Like the others, frequent calls to my cell phone (3 today so far) leaving no message.

this number has called my cellphone several times. its a telemarketer. no need to respond to them. just blok them and add to auto reject. i hate these people

Called twice on 4-10-18. Reported to a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). When I called back (using *67), a woman answered. I did not hear any sounds behind her, and I did not say anything. I'm pretty sure I reported it then, but I don't see that report here.

Called today using 11 as a prefix (a way to get around that intercept). Reported that number, too.

After getting 3-4 calls a day for almost a month I called them back to ask why so many calls.  They claim to be from Pepco Energy Saver wanting to visit my home to inspect for energy-saving measures.  I called Pepco they told me it's a SCAM.  Not surprised but hope nobody lets people in their home.    I just blocked the number.

Caller ID: Bittinger MD. I've lived here all my life and I've never heard of Bittinger MD. Had to look it up. It's not big enough to host a telemarketer.

Called my cellphone on 4/18/2018 and phone displayed "SCAM LIKELY 301-245-0433" and no VM was left. Since no VM has been left,  the call wasn't important.  I don't answer my phone from numbers that I don't know regardless who is calling and I won't call the number back either to find out who they are or why they called in the first place, that's what VM is for.  This number has been blocked permanently.

Yep! They will inspect your home alright. With to many scams taking place now -a- days, anybody that cold calls me repeatedly trying to sell me something or wants to inspect my house,  I won't let come to my house, especially inside. If I need to have some work done to my house, regardless if it's outside or inside, I know how to call companies myself and make arrangements.  I don't need some jerk cold calling me repeatedly about something that i can do myself.

Another unwanted call from these idoits on 4/18/2018. Thank goodness for call blocking devices.  My phone never rang and thier call was rejected and sent straight to VM. Of course they didn't leave a message. You gotta love call blocking!

This number says Spam? Bittinger they call twice a day....

Calls 3 times a day and shows up on the caller ID as "Md Gov Rebate".  I don't pick up and they never leave a message.

I am very tired of this number continuing to dial my number.  They call about 4 times a day and refuse to leave a message.
