Caller ID was "UTILITY."  One of many numbers that "UTILITY" uses for its calls.  Presumed telemarketer.

Received two calls from this number 25 minutes apart this morning.  Caller ID showed - Utility

Got this number on my cell..  If you answer or call back you may get charged $56.00.  Check your phone bills.

Received a call from 301-246-0919 again (see my entry from July). Right before this MD number called, an Orange County California number dialed me from 949-156-4686. No message left.

Yet another unknown which I did not pick up.  I only checked it here because Nanjemoy, MD is new to me.  I am learning the names of lots of new places.

Just received a call from this number did not answer... On my phone it showed Nanjemoy MD. Do not know anyone in Maryland...

Predictive auto dialer, no live person answers, hangs up. CID says "UTILITY" and 301-246-0919.

almost every day a call, leave no answer.......

got a call from the number.  Didn't answer.  Showed as from MD, USA.

CID showed out of area.  When phone is answered computer message eventually comes on but we do not listen to message.  Too bad that there is no way the phone company can give me a way to charge $25 for each telemarketing call.

I called this number back after receiving calls every day.  The recording said to press any digit to be removed from this list.   So I pressed 1.  (the recording said it will take 24-48 hours to be removed).  I called back and did it again 5 minutes later.  

EVERYBODY!!!  -  If they claim to be the "local utility," then report them to your local utility!!!  Screw the DNC list, if your local utility hears about it, they are much better equipped to act on it.  They do not like these scams and they pursue them much more vigorously!

I too got a call without leaving any message. when is the authority going to get involve in this.  

'The authority' will 'get involve in this' when YOU report the problem! You are a doopa!

These people call 4 of 5 times a week. Caller id says "Utility". Some times it actually says "Your utility co.". They don't honor do not call lists. Today they called at 8:22am. Luckily I have a newer Panasonic phone that lets me block  up to 250 phone numbers and area codes. So these telemarketers never ring through any more. They just show up as a blocked, missed call.

They called at 8:09 AM today and left no message.  8:09 AM!!!

I bought a $40.00 call blocker machine from Amazon ...works great!
