These creeps flagrantly violate federal law (DNC) and medicare's rules.
Hate to tell you this folks, I'm beginning to think that blocking the numbers does little good. Since August 2016 I have twice filled up my phones 250 block number limit. These creeps just keep spoofing phone numbers and caller ids so often that you can't hardly beat them with a number blocker. The only sure thing is if the caller id is unknown, out of area, <state> caller, <city state>, etc., - a caller id or phone number you don't recognize, just don't answer. Too bad these creeps can't get a real job. I guess scamming folks must pay a living wage or these a''holes wouldn't keep doing it.

Called & left no message.  Blocked.  Will have to delete some old numbers to block new ones. I keep a spread sheet to keep track. There should be a scam category to choose from.

WHY do they keep calling me when I am not eligible for Medicare!!!  For the lady who said she hopes they call back - I doubt they are legitimate. You are much better off to work with a reputable insurance agent in your State.

Those who answer their calls and don't know otherwise ARE eligible to get ripped off or conned out of personal/financial information. They'll keep calling if they believe they can rely on getting an answer--preferrably a live voice. Turn the tables by letting this number get no kind of answer if you can do it and maybe get them tired of calling you.

I use Call Control app on my cell. These scammers only get through once. Of course, they have multiple numbers, but once a number is blocked, it's done. I love it.

I now have three call blockers at home that suppress the first ring on each of my extension phones.  While it's true that the scammers keep using new numbers, the call blockers do block a lot of repeat callers.  One of the best features of my call blockers is that I can block entire area codes.  For example, I've received many calls from area code 202 (Washington, DC), but never one that I really wanted to answer.

I also keep a spread sheet to track unwanted callers.  When I run out of capacity on my call blockers, I can then unblock the ones that have not called for the longest time.  I have cataloged more than 600 unwanted callers over the last three years.
