My cell rang, I answered it.
The lady asked 'Is this Steffan?' I said this is Stephen, yes.
She hung up. And didn't immediately call back, and I didn't call her back.
WTH?

I got a call from this number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I am selective who I give my number to and didn't have it stored.

I recieved a call from 301-658-6508 at 9:43am on 9/6/13. The lady says my correct name, I said yes it's me. She asked if I were still looking for an online college, I told her I found one (SNHU.edu).  So apparently this number might be linked to educational programs possibly. I remember 4 months ago when I was online searching for online universities, it routed to this screen where you enter your name, number, email address and program of interest. Maybe this is a telemarketing company that does follow ups or something. She didn't state what company she was with though.

I received calls frequently but i never pick up this call one day i pick up this call and he asked me my correct name , i said , "yes" he said he was calling from Federal Composition  Dept. which worth $25,000/- “ I asked him , why he was calling me, then he said, How are you? Well… ( In my native language)
