    Have received multiple calls from this number. According to the gentleman on the phone, they are calling on behalf of BGE. They have a program to go to neighborhoods and offer free new light bulbs that are more energy efficient. They require you to be home. I tell them that I will be in and out but not available at any set time. I have not been able to verify if this is legitimate.
