    A scam operation. Claims to be with the Kentucky DOT and wants me to pay them to get my DOT number renewed. I don't own a fleet of trucks - I don't even own one commercial truck, and the number (spoofed) is out of Maryland. lol
    Yeah, KY truckers go to Maryland to get their trucks licensed.
