Called my cell phone and asked for a person I don't know. I said that there is no one here by that name. He said I am being recorded??? I just get a new phone and a new number. Must be getting some calls for the person who owned the number before.

These people called my cell phone twice this morning.  No one was on the other end.  A quick google of the phone number turned up:

This number has called my house once a day for a month. Everytime i answer the phone nobody says anything. I really becoming annoying

No one ever say anything and they never leave a message.

Called once and was very rude and insulting.  Now, I get a call every few days, and they just hang up.  Very annoying.  Is there a place to report these people?

No one ever answers or leaves a message but calls several times a day.

They keep calling, when leaving messages you can't hear what they say.  I think they call using Private Name and Number as well.

Asks for someone I don't know, keep telling them that this is a work phone and to stop calling this number. Called 4 times one night while the phone was unattended.

They would leave a message on my voicemail asking for someone I don't know maybe once per week for a month.  Now they call the phone everyday, but don't leave a message.  I never answer it.

They call one or two times per week at seemingly random times.  If I answer, the call disconnects; if I don't answer, caller never leaves a message.

They have been calling for the past 2 weeks or so with a detailed recorded message for callback.  I never responded.  Then they called directly and asked for a person I don't know.  Refused to believe that "Rodrigo" didn't live here.  I hung up.  Called again (different person) same day; they hung up on me.  I used caller ID, called them back and had them remove my number; we'll see.  I threatened legal action.  If they call again, I will be contacting the FCC.

Three years ago I moved to a new town - and got collection calls from an agency looking for that very same person's name. I think this company is one big scam. I find it hard to believe that collection agency is looking for a person with the same last name. I bet they pose as collectors and get people to pay  on bills that are truly possibly owed and they keep that mony.

Three years ago I moved to a new town, got a new number and starting to get phonce calls from a collection agency at all hours of the day and night - looking for a Rodriquz.

Finally stopped and now yesterday - got a call with no details or message on my cell phone. I found this website of complaints with the same number and asking for the same person - I find it hard to believe that Rodriuz moves throughout the US - I think it is a scam.

Caller from 301-882-9949 asking for an unknown name. The caller provided a callback number & his name: 866-702-5084, Tim Payne.

Keeps calling my house at random times... called back "Central Credit Services".  Turns out they were looking for a family member regarding unpaided bills. If you running from bill collectors, I'd recommend not picking up.

continuous recorded messages stating to call them back and reference file numbers.  No idea who these people are that keep calling my cell phone.  This is costing me $ on my cell plan and it is pissing me off.  I don't dare call them back though  as they will never leave me alone!
