Calls several times in a row, almost everyday.  Never leaves message.

Called me 4 times today. On the 4th call I talked to a Tom Payne. Said he had a legal matter to discuss. When I told him that she was in the hospital he wanted me to have her call him from the hospital. He said the legal matter must be cleared up by noon tommorrow. And then he asked if there was a phone number that I could give him for a relative of hers and why didn't she have a power of attn. Then he hung up on me. Way overboard!!!

Initially called a month agao looking for "kelsy swift".  Very angry when I told the person I was not kelsy.  Asked for my name.  I refused.  He said that he could not remove this number from their call list without me telling him who I was.

Seemed shady.

I would tell them your name.  Seems to me someone is compiling a list of cell phone names and numbers...

Keep calling several times a day looking for someone I never heard of! (Jordan)? I keep explaining it to them and apparently they just don't get the message! It's getting really old ..... really fast!!!!

I just got a new cell phone number today from Verizon (moved to new state so wanted new phone #) .. got a call from this number 301-882-9949 with no one on the other end. Considering that I have barely had time to tell folks my new cell number, I decided to dial it back and let it rang til it was forwarded to an operator.  The woman looked up the number and asked me if I was some name. When I told her I just received this new number from Verizon, she said she would remove the number from their database.  We shall see. It's worth a try for anyone else having this same issue.  Good luck!

Call once a week and when we say we are not the party, they say they will take our number off but call back again the following week.

another harassment and day no matter what number it has to be the same. do not call registry is not helpful cuz i have reported this number several times. so what to do but to hire laywers.

Why do these people keep calling when you tell them they have the wrong number?

Keep getting numerous calls from the caller ID: CCS. Apparently, this is a collection agency. No details are given in the messages they leave and have left several different callback numbers including 866-702-5084 and 888-682-2304. They've left very several rude messages and after researching them on the web have found that they practice very aggressive and mean tacticss so I do not want to call them back.

I got a call on my pre-paid cell phone number.  They didn't leave a message and wasted my minutes with no one there.
