Scam call.....Going to send someone to server papers to me refuses to send documentation

I just received a call from 302-223-3030 today. Caller(Called herself Ms. Cannon) stated she was from ERM and Associates. They claimed that my SS# was involved in a legal disposition. She insisted that I could not find out anymore information until I verify with my personal information. When I refused...She threatened to send a courier to my house with a legal summons. I agreed to receive the information in writing but she became more insistent on getting my personal information over the phone. She was very rude and argumentative then hung up on me. I called 302-223-3030 back  and spoke to man named David. When I asked; what this call was about and that I was going to report this company to the BBB, he became very loud and rude. He called me names and hung up the phone after calling me stupid.
Most importantly, both (Ms Cannon and David) made me feel like this company was associated with Federal Government. They told me that I was on a Federally mandated line and that I was on a federally recorded line.
For anyone that runs across these # (registered on my phone from Delaware), Please don't answer it.

Thanks for the information...they keep calling on my work number...back to back to back....no legitimate company would do that!

I received the same message as Recee that my Social Security was involved with a case and was sort of threatened.  If the government or Police are reading any of these replies.  Please, catch these scammers.  Weird thing was, the message was left on my work phone.

Same here - 5 minutes ago.  Delte VM, block number, move on.

I just got a call from them. Says this message will serve as my final notification.They don't even leave a name or a company name!

I received a call from this number today. Interesting thing is that my work phone and my cell phone started ringing at the same time with the same number. they left the same recorded message on both numbers at the same time.

They just called both  my work and cell number 2 times each... Ridiculous! Blocked the number on my cell, but unfortunately can't block on work number. I'm so fed up with these scams.

Received a call from this number (302-223-3030)... sounded like a recording, that stated I was named in an ongoing investigation and this call serves as my "official" notice...  The problem:  they called a place of business, did not ask for anyone in particular nor did the lady identify herself.
Bunch of dumb a$$$$$$$$$....

Yep they just called back to back. I blocked the number and proceeded to this site.
