Claimed to be calling in regards to a civil or criminal complaint. Or?? Pretty sure if this was legit, they'd know if it was civil or criminal. Also pretty sure that if there was a civil or criminal complaint pending against me, I'd have been notified by mail, not via phone.

Here is the thing.  We get company shills here all the time saying exactly what you said.  So if you want us to believe you you will give us the legal name and address of this company and the attorney's name and BAR number.  You claim you went to court so it is \right there at the top of the paperwork.  Now none of that would include your information, is personally identifiable, nor should you object to it since you are unhappy with this company (that is why you came here right? Because there would't be another legitimate reason).

Failure to do that means that you are not telling us the truth.

    Hi Janice,

So, your wages are being garnished, before you go to court?  i think the more likely scenario, is that you are a shill for a criminal enterprise.   Your writing skills bear all the hallmarks of a shill.  You do not know how to capitalize properly, you have no knowledge of punctuation.  Your lack of grammar is laughable.  I am willing to bet that you never finished high school.  How many times were you 'left back?"  You don't have a GED.  9 years olds can compose sentences better than than you.  How do feel, knowing that 9 years olds, are more literate than you?

Your story doesn't hold up: No one can garnish your wages until AFTER a court hearing. You've put events in the wrong order. Probably to scare people who read your post (and are naive enough the believe it).

Nope.  Didn't happen.  As explained by Sir Bedevere, it doesn't work that way, shill.
Unfortunately for you, the regulars are very knowledgeable about the laws and procedures surrounding debt collection and can spot a lying scumbag shill like yourself a mile away.

Post the full name and street address of this company who you claim garnished your wages (before going to court, mind you - what a joke!).

Nice try shill.  The fact you replied saying your wages were garnished before you went to court is suspect.  I will be more then happy to order a rock you can hide under and a tinfoil hat for extra protection.  Have a nice day!  😂
