Calls cell phone

This character rang my house phone while I was out.  Apparently its a scumbag.  Its number and CID goes on my Call Blocker
now... never to be able to ring my home phone again.  Die of cancer, scumbag.

Doesn't leave message and when I call back (my number privated)....they will pick up and hang up

Just got a call from this number, rang twice when i picked up they hung up.

I keep getting a call from this number-I never answer bc I don't answer unknown numbers..now I know not to answer at all

This number called me.. I dont answer if I dont know who it is, they didn't leave a msg. I called back n got a busy signal!

This number just called my cellphone. Rang 2-3 times. Did not answer as did not recognize number. Caller did not leave a message.

I know they say you shouldn't call numbers back as it helps validate your number on the person's list, but I couldn't resist. Wanted to see what these chumps wanted. Unfortunately, the call went straight to a busy signal. Now suspecting it is a robo-dialer.

What is the purpose of this, if neither party answers when called (us or them)?

she called my cell, told me she was from the national insurance dept, asked if i had insurance ,and my rates are going to go down, she asked for my zip code, woudnt give it to her, asked her name,im sure she made one up real quick, i told her if my insurance is going to be cheaper, then my insurance company will notify me . she said ok an hung up.

Rang...didn't pick up. Person(s) did not leave a message.

Called, I didn't answer and they left no message.

So glad to see I am not the only one disturbed by these idiots.  I have answered and they still hang up. Blocked that number and 302-480-1724. They call twice a day. They may have a job to do, but really how effective are they. You answer, they hang up. You don't answer and they don't leave a message. I guess they get paid for how many numbers they ring in a day.  Go Figure! Wish that's all I had to do.

National Insurance company? It really sounded like a really good recording--because it responded to my questions. Her name was Sue. I wasn't going to give them any info... because I'm happy with my insurance.

These chumps called my cell phone again!

I will state again, what is the purpose of these chumps calling, if I do not answer because of their unknown number (and lack of leaving a message) and them not answering when I attempt to call them back?

This number has called my cell phone probably 4-5 times in the past couple of months. I've never picked up because I always have my phone on silent at work, but they never leave a message.

Hello, I'd like to report this caller. They have been calling me on and off, frequently and infrequently, for the past several months. Sometimes they call early in the morning, sometimes later into the day when I am in class. They never leave a message stating who they are. I would like this to stop.

They call me once a week as week as well, n not able to return the call.

receiving multiple calls to my cell with no vmail left. i don't answer unknown numbers or call back if no message is left, but it's been calling frequently.

These people seriously call me every single day and I'm getting tired of it!  

How do you get them to stop calling a cell phone?
