Called today and has called numerous times.  Saying there is a National Legal matter they are contacting about.  We must respond immediately or we are in danger of being arrested or worse.  Its such a scam!

Middle Eastern [***] left a message about owing taxes.  What morons.

I just received a voicemail message from this number saying that they were calling from the United States Treasury Department regarding an enforcement action for a federal criminal offense. Total scam. I spoke to a friend about the message, and she told me that her 78 year old mother received the same phone call---she actually talked to the man on the phone and he pressured her to send him money. Thankfully, her grandson intervened.

I got the same call as Anette: "voicemail message from this number saying that they were calling from the United States Treasury Department regarding an enforcement action for a federal criminal offense."  My kids heard the message and were afraid we were going to prison!!  So irritating! >:/

Same as above. Scam call trying scare tactics to get money. Don't get conned.

This David Grey, claiming to be from the US Treasury, has called us numerous times, including three times today on our landline and once on my cell phone. He has called from at least three different numbers in 3 separate states: 3022315385, (253)455-7687, and (206)466-4847. He leaves a robocall message that is always exactly the same.

Ditto to above info -- ropo call; man with non-English accent calling about "enforcement action" -- have heard it & ignored it before.  The US Treasury doesn't make ropo calls for stuff like that ...

I received two calls Black Friday and calls each day prior to Thanksgiving.  Same scenario as the others have stated.  Just ignore the call, delete any messages and have a great day knowing you did not fall victim to a scam artist too lazy to earn his money an honest way.

Received a call from a David Gray/Gregg/Grays on v-mail on Thanksgiving day. Said he was from the federal government and warning about ignoring his second attempt at contacting us with a threat of appearing before a magistrate. Said to call back on his number at 302 231 5385. Same message as everyone received. Checked on line and it is a scam. US Govt. will never call out of the blue with no official US Mail notices.

Received call from this joker on 11-27.  Foreign accent ...maybe Indian.  This type of call ha been received numerous times.  Total jerks!

What garbage this call was

I have rec'd 2 messages from David Gray.  He states there is a warrant out for my arrest due to taxes not being paid in 2012.  I asked him for some identification, he had none; I asked him for the purpose of the voice messages and asked him for a copy of the arrest warrant...he had nothing to say.  He asked me if I thought this was a prank call ...I chuckled and said yes.  He didn't ask me for any money just said I would be arrested for lack of paying taxes...believe me I pay enough taxes for me and 5 other families.  I asked him to take me off his list, he said okay...I called back the 302 number and just get a fast busy now.  This guy needs to be taken down.

After 3 voice mails on my landline, I called these people back to stop the calls. After I convinced David Gray that I knew he was a scammer. He still tried to scare me after I laughed at him. He stated that within 45 minutes of him hanging up, the U.S. Marshalls and my City Police would be at my door to arrest me. That was 4 hours ago.

I received the same phone call from David Grey who just happens to be indian , judging from his thick accent. LOL I knew it had to be bogus because never once, in the message he left my on my landline, did he mention my name or why he would be calling Mich. from Delaware on a matter concerning the U.S. Treasury Department regarding an enforcement action. If you call the number back private, it tells you it has been disconnected. Anyway thank you for your feedback on this number. It was very helpful. :-)

Same phone number 302-231-5385 . Same scam. He's  changed his name  to  michael james. Same indian  voice.

got voicemail.  must appear before magistrate, tax evasion, if i hang up or disconnect before he is finished it will automatically send federal marshals and local police to arrest me within 45 mins. i said send them over. i'm still waiting. its been about 4  hours. no feds no locals. i keep calling them back.  told them i'll keep calling so they cant scam anyone else. won't answer, busy signal.     loving it

Adult male going by the name of David Gray claims to be from the United States Treasury office.  Demanding a return call to his number of 1-302-231-5385 or legal action will be taken and court actions will continue.  Phone calls on November 25th as well as November 30 claiming the same thing.  He has contacted 4 neighbors with the exact same message.  Seems to be targeting anyone over 55.  Has a very threatening tone and anger issues if you actually answer the phone.  Calls shown on caller ID as being from Angola DE along with the 1-302-231-5385 number.
