this foo is a scam on jan 18 2011 he hit me up and told me to pay 200 dollars to get sponsored so i paid it and i went to google and read all the people talking about him so i canseled the check then tomas slay called me back saying that his attorney gonna call me cuz i did fraud by sending him a bad check but [***] em and his sorry [***] [***]

Sponsored whips will and always be a fraud tommmy boy and I are going at it at the moment he claims they do refunds but doesnt pick up the phone and to make my story short I payed in full for sponsoredwhips but come to find out its more like sponsor his whip. I joined one day the next day I wanted a refund because I figured I had better things to do with my money. He turned chicken on me, started asking questions of why I wanted the money back now I decided to put a hold on the money order at the post office so he cant cash it. I even was willing to make a deal to shut my mouth if I got the same money order or the same amount for the refund. Till this day all the lines for sponsoredwhips seems to have noone at the other end. Even customer service is missing. So tell me how does it seem that everyone at the business seems to have the day off. I know its not legit so they cant lie but now I figure its time to stick it to tom. I figure alot of people got screwed by him why dont we just destroy what he built.I want people to email me even ask for my number send me all you emails from that fool so we can start a cold hard case against him. He said a 30day money back guareentee seems like he ll be hiding those 30days with his boy Jason.I want to turn his sponsored whips into a charity for sponsoring top to get out of debit and jail time. FYI if you got time just start blowing up his phones and emails just so he can get the point you messed with the wrong people.

Yes do NOT send ANY money orders to the company SPONSOREDWHIPS.COM the person who calls himself THOMAS, TAMAS, & TOM is the same person. He took me for $190.00 but i have went ahead and contacted the ATTORNEY GENERAL of DELAWARE & they are very aware of what he is doing and assured me i would get my money back.

Yes i to was taken by the person who calls him self TAMAS, THOMAS, or TOM. I was taken for $190 but i have since contacted the Delaware Attorney Generals office, and they are aware of him. I hope he doesnt rope to many more in before he is stopped.

He sent me to the post office to get a money order for $199.00 and i sent it to sponsorship corporation at po box 906 hockessin DE 19707 he said his name was patrick but when i called back he answered the phone in a different name then i have three different phone numbers 302-747-6978 302-543-5198 302-235-8526 i was scamed tryin to get my 1990 bmw 325 convertable tricked out this person needs to be stopped and he also needs to stop using the television show overhaulin to promote his scam we are all hard working americans and we dont deserve to get our hopes up from scam artist and have to give our money away for free i am very angry about this whole situation and its not fair for people to pray on others.

I got a call about three hours ago from a guy #(302) 325-8526. He said he's from sponsoredwhips.com Said he'd call me back that they were interested in sponsoring my car

This guy told me his name was patrick and when i called him back he answered the phone with another name thats when i knew something was funny then i came across this website and me and my wife had just got tricked into sending $199.00 but due to my wife working for the government we were able to do some research in time to get our money back we had to pay ten dollars to stop the money order from going to his po box and it was returned to us in a couple of days this guy is a true scam artist and i cant understand how he hasn't been locked up i have reported him to several different agencies including the postal service this is very wrong what this guy is doing i realy thought i was going to get my car tricked out.

I had the same thing happen too, but the same night they called me and i sent my money order i did some investigateing on the company after he told me the to and from were not import to put down on the money order, strang i thought but was to tired to think from a lond days physical labor. And I found them to have more bad reveiws than good ones, so i made up my mind and thought it too to be a scam. if this happens to you, call the local usps center in the town they told you to send it and ask them to intercept the mail or stopp it, fill out a form and get your money back ASAP I repeat ASAP. 5-10 bucks is cheaper than a couple hundred they almost got me for. The other strange thing is I think who ever is doing this is networked through the mail service some how? and he wanted me to send it to hockessin DE . NEW LOCATION OR HIS OWN BANK OF AMERICA. The guy has just called me. Said that I could take  my vehicle to a shop of my choice and they would dump 30-40,000 dollars on my truck. I knew this sounded to good to be true. He told me to go to a IGA and call him at 1-302-235-8526. Come on people, with all the scams out there this one just stands out. I immediatly got online and checked it out, and this forum came up. Lets all pull together and get this [***]. Call him and harass him every chance you get. I'm going to Roy D. Mercer his [***] for the rest of the day!!!!

Look this same number called for me and said his name was patrick about an hr ago!!!! and i had a feeling it was a [removed:lang] scam!!!

I Also was gonna do this for my boat and my husband said to look at the reviews cause it sounds to good to be true so i did and saw all of your complaints. I think tommy has changed his name to patrick and the number is 302-543-5198. so thanks for all of this and sorry for the ones who got scammed but you will get yours in the end againist this company KARMA always bits back just wait and you will be rewarded again thanks for the reviews people

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT SPONSOREDWHIPS (SPONSOREDWHIPS.COM). THEY ARE RIPPING MORE PEOPLE OFF, INCLUDING ME AND WE ARE READY TO TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS. SPONSOREDWHIPS.COM IS A FRAUD, I GAVE THEM $200 AND RECIEVED NOTHING AS PROMISED. HAMI OR HIS OTHER NAME TOMMY SAID THAT I COULD PAY SMALL PAYMENTS SOMETIME, BUT WE COULD TALK ABOUT THAT LATER ON, HE WAS GOING TO GET MY PORTFOLIO STARTED AND THEN SEND IT OUT. WHILE HE SUPPOSIVELY WAS DOING THIS I TALKED TO MY FRIEND ANDREW. HE TOLD ME HE WAS PART OF SPONSOREDWHIPS, HE GAVE THE FULL AMOUNT AND HAS RECEIVED NOTHING IN RETURN AS WELL. AFTER A FEW MONTHS HE STARTED TO FEEL IT WAS A FRAUD. HE ASKED FOR HIS MONEY BACK, BUT COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FOR A REFUND. THEN ANDREW STARTED TELLING ME HE HASN'T RECEIVED HELP. HE GAVE ME THE GO HEAD TO CONTACT TOMMY OR HAMI WHATEVER HIS REAL NAME IS, AND SPEAK FOR BOTH OF US. HE'S KIND OF YOUNG AND HE CAN BE A REAL JERK WHEN HE HAS TO BE. WHEN I CONTACTED "TOMMY" HE SAID I COULD NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IT WAS NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENT. HE GAVE ME A NUMBER FOR HIS MANAGER WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO GO OVER HIS HEAD. I'VE CALLED IT FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT, EVERY DAY, NO ANSWER! JUST SOME ANSWERING MACHINE WITH THE MESSAGE THAT COMES WITH THE PHONE. I CALLED TOMMY YESTERDAY AGAIN, HE TRIED TO SHIFT WORDS AROUND AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR HIMSELF AND THE COMPANY. I'M FULLY ENCOURAGING ANYONE WITH DOUBTS OR WHO KNOWS THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, TO CONTACT HER, THERES STRENGTH IN NUMBERS ! IF WE DON'T GET A REFUND BACK, IT WILL STILL BE AWESOME TO SEE THIS GUY AND COMPANY GO DOWN FOR THERE CRIMES.

I too was scammed, I have called Tom nearly every day for the past 1 year! Every day he has an excuse or will not answer the phone. I'm so close to hunting him down my self. 302-235-8526 and 302-543-5198 are the numbers I have for him.
