Unsolicited call. Unknown caller, did not pick up. No voice mail. Blocked.

Same experience as annoyed, called twice today - no voicemail, out of state (for me)

This is a debt collection agency calling about an alleged debt that occurred in 2005. I monitor my credit on a weekly basis and there are no outstanding debts on my account. They were very rude and threatening to take me to court. I asked to speak to someone in their legal department and the man replied "I am the legal department!" When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he hung up on me. This is definitely a scam.

Called several times.  Comes up at "Potential Spam".  Number is now blocked

Called twice left no message. I blocked the number.

My autoblocker has picked this number up trying to call me as many as 7 times back to back, in less than a minute. The blocker says it's a fraud call, and auto-blocks it. Good enough for me.

Never leaves a message, calls on a regular basis.

Called on 2/14/18 at 4:45 PM. Left no message.CID came up as A. BHAMBHANIA. Do not know the person or the number. After reading the info here I have blocked the number.

They have called my phone before looking for someone else, but continues to call my number. So today I answered and placed the call on mute, and he had the nerve to call me 'rude' for not responding, funny.

I didn’t answer. No voicemail.

They called about a old debt I settled 6 years ago. I think it’s spam.

Called, I picked up, nobody spoke, line hangs up.

I call back, woman with indian accent says representing someone collecting a debt.

Says a bank account I opened in 2004 and closed 6 months later when I moved out of state was overdrawn by over $1000, and had been open until 2010.

They had my real SSN, which worries me.

I told them they were liars, do not call me again, if this was real it would have shown up on my credit report which I check regularly.

She THEN offered me a deal to pay half and the debt would be erased.

Promptly hung up.

Called 3 times back to back

Called and asked for a neighbor. Told them they had the wrong number. Then asked if I knew the person. Told them I would not answer any questions as I had already told them they had the wrong number. They called right back, another "agent" who asked again for the same person told him I had already told them they had the wrong number and if they called again.. "click".. they hung up and I blocked them.
