Multiple calls with no information. Never leaves a message.

I have had endless calls for 2 weeks now. I blocked the number 302-261-2118  a few days ago and I seen this morning that they called 42 times yesterday back to back to back and less than a minute apart from each call. I see it as a R O B O CALL to do it that much for 42 tomes in short time! Thank goodness for new ATT Blocking!

This is a debt collector calling itself ICS (IC Systems).  Here is another number thread for them:

They are notorious for attempting to collect phantom debt.  They settled a class action lawsuit for over 3 million dollars for calls made between Dec 2008 and November 2017.  The deadline for filing for a portion of the pie was February 2018.  Here's the website summarizing that particular suit:

They use strong arm tactics so I suspect there's probably another lawsuit against them just waiting in the wings.
