left a message claiming they were an attorney and they were calling about one of my relatives.  They knew my relative's name.

Called my office under the ruse of asking for employment verification and claimed that they needed to discuss some "personal business" information with me.  Asked me to verify my birth year, which I would not provide. The rep's name is Tiffany Pheiffer and she was being extremely sketchy. I Googled the name of the company and found out that they are a subsidiary of Navient. I assume it is student loan debt collection, but they definitely have the wrong person.  I don't have student loans!
