Already got an email reply from them via ecmc but still getting call from this debt collector and its now past 10 pm there, what a nerve

Called but no message left.

Calls repeatedly at all hours of the day, seven days a week! Never leaves a message. It's driving me crazy.

Same here. I even signed up with Morgan and Morgan to get my $1500 per call and they just scammed me too. Sent everything they asked for and they decided I wasn't cooperative enough and rejected my case a year later. "For the people" -- NOT!!

Well, if that is what they advertise, then they are lying to begin with.  Your first call should have been to a local attorney, and you should have filed an FDCPA lawsuit.  TCPA can only be applied under certain circumstances.  Now, you might have a malpractice lawsuit against them since they waited a year to tell you and they let the SOL run out so that you now can't file any suit.

I received a call from this number, and when I called back they immediately asked me for my customer ID number, and my social security number. They said they were Navient Loans. I told them that it sounded like a scam. The person on the phone replied that it wasn't a scam, and then I was disconnected.

They hate it when you are right.  This was a phony debt scammer, and the best thing to do is ignore them and block their number.  Otherwise they will keep calling and harassing you to pay debts you do not owe.

They have called me twice a day for one week and will not leave a message.
