At the start of the message they played a person's name which was not mine, I don't recognize the name. Rest of the recording went like this, translated from Google Voice: "I am contacting you in regards to a formal complaint that has been filed against you I do need to verify a current address as well as a place of business address to proceed against you at this time. You are forfeiting your right to take care of this matter outside of court. We will contact your human resources department to follow proper protocol and procedure to serve you on the property. Again the client is willing to rectify this matter if they hear from you today their number is 302-261-8827 and reference your claim number 65397. This is our final attempt."
