Called and left no message! I traced the number and it came back to DIRECTV! Figures because I canceled them about 3 weeks ago but this is the first time on my cell phone!

I do not understand why you keep calling. If you can't identify yourself or company do not call. I will not answer a call. FTC complaint filed

Answered call but no one on line, second time in two days

It says Directv on my caller Id and I canceled and returned boxes weeks ago. The call is in the morning and keeps waking me up. I need my ringer on in case my elderly mother calls. I blocked number and they find another to call me.

I blocked the number but they call every day so they are calling from a different # and they don't say anything today I answered they said my name and hung up very annoying. I have canceled my service also and returned and paid them in full

My girlfriend and I canceled direct TV. Now they are calling my phone. Every day. Even Sunday. I never answer calles I dont know the number. But the account was in her name. My number was just listed on the account so that I could call and make changes.
I think I'm going to mess with them next time they call..
I mean they call and irritate me. Why cant I have a little bit of fun at their expense...

Now that I read this number that keeps calling me is Directv I will answer it next time, thieving [***]. I cancelled last week and was told I do not get a refund for the month I have already been billed for and paid because they changed their policy in January. To what, steal customer's money? I should get a refund for days unused. Happily streaming from Youtubetv at a fraction of the cost. Unreal. Thanks for the info guys

Also didn't answer. They have called from the same number a couple days in a row. I just cancelled directTV so this now makes sense. Thanks all for the info.

I also just canceled DirecTV and started getting these calls daily, sometimes twice a day.

It’s funny how Directv aka AT&T is calling to try and gain ex-customers back. Yes, I also just canceled because of their lousy service from their 3rd world countries as well as these United States. It’s all about the dollar but guess what AT&T no customers no dollars. That bait and switch is getting old and we ain’t taking it anymore. Just as nations fall so will you

I don't think it matters what country they use for business. Its the quality of service that is poor. They have departments covered in the US and over seas. Both since the transition to AT&T have been a mess.

This is very strange. I just decided to try and see if I could find out any information on this strange number, and it led me here. I also canceled with Direct TV a few months ago, and I have been receiving calls from this number for a few days in a row now, which is why I decided to check it out. It reads as a DE location on my phone, and when I called back, they picked up and hung up. So I assume they harass their customers when they cancel, or someone is probably working for them that is mentally screwed. Either way, this is weird and I will report this if it happens again especially because of how many of us it's happening to. Strange.

Canceled Directv months ago and do not miss it. They must be missing me though, lol cuz they keep calling but I don’t answer. I read that they are in trouble and will probably have to merge with another company to stay around. Not surprising.

I cancelled Direct TV, that is when they start calling be back daily without leaving a message. Direct TV is now
owned by AT&T, so I will consider shutting off my Internet service there as well. BTW,  I am saving a house payment every 10 months when I left Direct TV. My wife bought a digital antenna on Amazon for $45 and we get 69 stations that just as clear as cable tv. Remember, a cockroach can live under water for 30 mins before it dies.

They all calling my cell number.  Called 6 times in the last 5 days.  Since I do not recognize the number and do not know anyone in Delaware, I blocked the number about a week ago.

I too have cancelled DirecTV in the last 2 months and have yet to have my last pmt returned, even though I returned their equipment within a week of terminating their service.  Whoever these people are, they are giving Delaware a bad name!  Perhaps the Delaware AG could look into this situation.

From seeing other posts about this number,  I'm guessing it is DIRECT TV, bc we recently cut the cord also. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. I'm considering changing my outgoing message to state if I don't have the incoming number in my contacts, I don't answer, so if it is legit, please leave a msg and if not, remove me from your call list.

I have AT&T and just canceled DirecTV a couple of days ago. The funny thing is that AT&T Call Protect automatically flagged the call as a telemarketer! I might give them a call & ask if they've been calling me.
