I called DirecTV @ 1800-531-5000 and told them about this problem and they told their contacted all their departments so they will not to call my number. They said if I do get a call saying DirecTV again it is not from them.

This number keeps calling me but they leave no message. I blocked my caller ID and called them back. They answered as Direct TV. I cancelled my service with them over a month ago and returned all equipment and paid my account in full at time of cancelling. Now they keep harassing me at all hours calling. I don’t answer but I am sick of them calling me. I don’t owe them anything and cancelled service because they rip people off and don’t want to treat you good unless they have too. I cancelled to be done with them and now they are harassing me. They need to be stopped.

This number keeps calling me EVERY day for the last week or so. I was thinking it is scam call as I don’t know anyone there and they won’t leave a message. Now after reading these reports it is all making sense as I canceled our DirecTV.

I also cancelled with DirecTV and the didn't leave a message.  My outgoing message says to leave a message  or be blocked.  So that is exactly what I am going to do.

Called and left no message three days in a row. Makes sense that its Directv. We parted ways after 22 years. Went to Dish when we moved. Should have changed a long time ago. BLOCKED!!!

302-349-7044 calls me at least 4 times a day and always hangs up.  I just called the number and someone answered and them immediately hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THIS IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT

I googled this strange number to see the same story.  If they’d been this attentive when I was a customer they might still have my business.

Well it is my turn.  I cancelled Direct TV Monday and got a call today from this number.  Getting emails too.  I don't answer my phone so unless they leave a message I won't know what they want. 🙄

Left no message but we just cancelled Direct TV so I gather from other customers that the calls come from them.  Annoying!

Was a customer and quit them,prior to that anytime you needed to speak to a customer servive rep I got the run around regarding payments.Long story.They got their money but it's funny when you need to pseak to themit's crazy but no problem for them to call and harrass us after dropping them.Funny how that works. I no longer pick up calls I don't recognise.I thought about reporting them to the DNC but a friend stated you can't report them if you have done business with them so I guess I can't report it. Anyhow they are history.

You post is very hard to read.  I did get something about what your friend told you and that person left a lot out.  Even if you have done business with them in the past they are still required to stop calling when told to do so.  This of course should be done in writing and not verbally to some $2 an hour drone working on commission.  After that you can not only report them, but you can sue them for at least $500 per call.

Tracked back to Direct TV.  Cancelled them earlier this year because of horrible service and insanely high fees.  They double-billed me for two months after I cancelled, and told me "that's just the way it's going to be".  I told them forget it - I'll never return to DirectTV.  They just don't seem to get it.  They're Stalkers!!!

It does matter which country their customer service people are in. The ones I've talked to had accents so thick that I could not understand them.

after cancelling direct tv this number has been calling at least three times a day. It says it is direct tv but this person is not. He is mentally unbalanced and spends his days doing this. I have called the deleware police and giving them the adr. I will not have some nut think he can do this daily. I have no way of blocking him but I can sure have him investigated. You called the Delaware police on someone in India?  Yes, in India.  I take it that you somehow have never heard of caller ID spoofing?  You most certainly need to look it up, read and learn about it.

Called left no message. But keeps calling my phone especially on the weekend. I recently cancelled DirectTv from their expensive services so don’t know why they keep calling.

Same thing just happened to me

CallerID: DIRECTV.  I answered on 3rd ring, they hung up.  I'm so glad I canceled my DirecTV service this last summer.
