yes stating I owe money and they are calling relatives as well

it is a fraud company stating you owe money and also calling relatives

Calling from a 301-329-1257 (from Ashton MD) stating that they received a complaint against me and have been trying to find me at my place of employment and residence, that this is an official notificationa nd I need to call this 302-444-0310 # (which is the area code for  Delaware) if I want to solve this matter. These people must really think we're stupid.

Just got a call from 307-298-2302 stating they had a complaint  against me and that I will be getting papers served to me either at home or at work.. Was told to call them back at 302-444-0310 to rectify this matter and I have officially been notified

Received 2 phone calls from 253-265-9341 telling me that a complaint had been filed against a Maria Price and that I had been notified.  I don't know who Maria Price is...the message said to call 302-444-0310 for more information.  Seems like quite a few people have been told to call this number for this fraudulent call. Scammers. Will say you have an unpaid debt and to avoid lawsuit to pay them x amount of money or go to court. Completely fictitious.

A robo call that said that a "class action matter was filed" against me. Left a Delaware phone number to call back.

I was called from the "Processing Dept" regarding 2 orderrs and was threatened that if I did not return their call they would visit my my home or place of business

They called left me a message to call back because they have a lawsuit against me and I will be taken to court. They really think people are stupid. This is a scam

I work for an attorney and they keep calling my cell about my husband about a debt that was paid in full nearly 10 years ago. So when I call and say I am calling from attorney's office they said rude things and hang up. I keep calling back and they said they are going to file a harassment complaint against me ha ha
