Called my cell twice so far today and robot voice left one voicemail.  The beginning was chopped off so all I got was ".......charges against you.  To find out more about our case file, call......." - and then "she" left this same 302 area code number.  I'm not a criminal, don't owe anybody and don't even know anyone in that region of the country so I'm guessing either this call was intended for someone else or else it's a scam of some sort.  Kind of surprised no one else has posted about this number yet.

Total scam.  "Charges" are handled by public prosecutors.  Not debt collectors.  Scam meant to scare money out of you.  Ignore and block the calls.

This 302 480 2671 keep saying this a call from the IRS and they attempt to sue me

Rip off artist. The IRS would send you a letter. How would these thief's know who the IRS is after? They sounded like foreigners. Did not have any American accent I ever heard so I called the FBI.

I have had three of these calls today.  Quite annoying!  I don't owe the IRS, and I know that if I did I would receive a letter.

Guy was extremely inappropriate.

I got the same thing . . . they have called my cell phone three different times so far.  Quite annoying.
