- AdamSame thing. Does not identify company. Indicted by the grand jury of the U.S. Treasury bs message.
- QueenBBHeavy accent saying his name was "Dennis Quaid" with the IRS saying I must return the phone call. I knew it was a scam but called them anyway. Female with an even heavier accent says I fraudulently filed my 2013 income tax return and to avoid a warrant for my arrest I must sent up a payment plan. I lit into her and called her every name in the book. She hung up. SCAMMERS!!!!!

- Jon| 1 replyNow you know why they buy disposable cell phones by the hundreds. You can report such calls here https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
Save the voicemail. It's evidence. - BigA replies to JonWhy would they need to buy disposable cellphones when they can make long distance calls from their computer for next to nothing in cost and spoof all the numbers they want at the same time?
- These people are dbThis number is an irs scam number.
I regularly call these numbers back and ask these idiots a bunch of questions.
So far I've gathered that they purchase Magic Jack numbers and will call people until they are no longer shcessful. Magic Jack is cheap so it's no big deal for them to buy in bulk and only use a number for a few days.
In addition , I've been told that they do get paid for their "hard work". One fool disclosed to me that they can be promoted to supervisor once they make $20,000.
It amazes me that people are still falling for the [***]. The best advice is to ignore their calls and to pass on information to family and friends so that they may not fall victim to these losers.
Lastly, just so you know if you call them back private, they have a server that will reroute your call the will decode what name is associated with the phone number you call "private" from.
No big deal if you don't give a crap and just want to call them to be as obnoxious as they are:)- Caller: Foreign IRS sammers
