Yes they’re telling me that I owe money to a loan company that I took a loan out in the year of 2013 and damn I cannot remember that far back so I don’t know if it’s legit or not

Tell them to MAIL (post office) WRITTEN proof of the debt including their name & address, the original creditor, dates, amounts, etc.  .  Bet they refuse!!

A guy by the name of Derek Clay called my mother first looking for me said he was trying to get ahold of me and said that criminal charges were going to be filed against me if i didn't call them and when i did the guy gave the wrong social on the file and when i googled progressive solutions they couldn't be found. The phone number was 302-526-4466.

Called me 1st from a number same BS statement about Progressive Recorded message which I found associated with a Child Care Center in Delaware and then this call from 302-526-4466 2nd number almost 15 min later same BS but gave the name Brian Baxter with a claim #

This man called me telling me I owe $900 and some dollars to MasterCard.  The bill was from 2007.  I requested a bill in the mail but he said he needs to taken care of today.  If not he is turning it over to Beaufort County to go to court.  I told him my husband recently died in May he wanted to know if my husband's estate has been taken care of.

I got a phone call about a credit card account that has been closed and they are trying to get money. Yup I’m going to get prosecuted. Blah blah blah. Now the is FAKE NEWS! Brian Baxter
