Just got the same call. When I don't know the number I let it go into voice mail so when it is someone I know they will leave a message these scammers usually won't leave a message. Another number to block. :(

I missed the call because I couldn't get my bluetooth earpiece in fast enough. After searching here, it looks like I missed a call from a scammer. They did not leave a message. The call came through on my cell phone, which is illegal anyway, but I could at least block them from calling in the future. There really needs to be a way lists like this can be used to block all these illegal calls. I'm on the Do No Call list, but they call regardless.

Answered because it was local to me and it then said that I was part of a special federal program regarding repayment of my student loans.  I don't have any student loans.  Blocked the caller.

Answered a call from this number, as I have family in that area code.  It was recorded message talking about my student loan...which is interesting since I've never had a student loan.

Same as all...call from Selbyville, DE, no message left...will block number.

Got a call today. didn't pick up and left no message. Wish they could make it illegal to do this. I'm so tired of this. Phone numbers should be required to be public if they are solicitations so you can see who it is. It's so annoying!

No msg left;  never answer phone from unknown number! At best it's sales. At worst, it's a scammer.  Either way, don't take a chance.

Recording about student loans (which I don't have).  Definitely a scam.

Just received a call on my cell from this number.  I did not answer and no message left. I am on do-not-call list, yet it appears from the other posts here that it's a solicitation call (for student loans?).

Mr.. Number automatically blocked a call from this number a few minutes ago. Showed it as likely fraud from a telemarketer,  and associated comments mentioned student loans. Which I don't have anyway. No voicemail was left. Call was from the town in Delaware identified in other reports.

Repeat calls regarding student loans. Don't have any. Been 20 years since I've been in school. The do-not-call list is a sham. Be wary as they will call from other numbers from same area code.
