    Just got a call from this number. Robo call, text to speech. Claiming its the IRS notifying of lawsuit.Complete fraud. Been getting calls like this for months now. Its either claiming they are the IRS or municipal services, and  is going to or has filed a lawsuit. Once in a while a real person leaving a message. Praying on people that don't know the court system.
