some english dude who had my name, "would you agree that a market that is returning 22% is a phenomenal market?" I hung up on him.

No one on the other side. Call disconnected after 15 seconds.

Persistent, rude, lots of noise in the background, not listening. Ended the call.

This Delaware area code number called my phone twice in one day.  Did not leave voice mail.  When I returned call, an automated British voice stated, "Hi...Thank you for calling...Please hold while we connect your call" and then background music played for over six minutes than the voice came back on and said "Good Bye" and I was disconnected.

7 calls in the last 5 days. States has an investment opportunity.  Asked to please remove from call list.  One time was "British" fellow, once "Asian" accent.

I have to give credit this guy who is calling constantly. I never answer the call, because I know it is a scam.

Calls 3 times a day. 13 times since Sept 19th.

Calls our office all day long starting at 7 AM. No legitimate business calls people before 8

2nd time from this area code... the number not the same... i did not picked up...

Dang it! I was gonna smoke this company for $1,500 for a TCPA violation but they are overseas. No U.S. jurisdiction.

I've received so many scam calls that I connected my landline to my fax.  If I don't recognize the caller or see it's same scammer calling.  I hit the fax answer button.  Call goes directly to fax machine.  Beat them at their BS game.

Good Evening, this number has called many times.  My family and I usually never pick up numbers from
People we do not know but we have a friend in Dover Delaware.  This is only a blanking Robo number though and we want it stopped NOW

This number called twice today. I never picked up. It rang a few times each call and then caller hung up.
